1. From the perspective of the form of goods

packed cargo refers to goods that must go through some packaging before entering the market, and most consumer goods and industrial manufactured goods require packaging.

2. According to the nature of the goods

Air Cargo - General Cargo provisions:

(1) State regulations

When transporting the goods, the relevant provisions of the country of origin, transit and arrival of the goods shall be taken into account. Goods whose export is prohibited by the State of origin shall not be transported, goods whose import is prohibited by the State concerned shall not be transported by air, and goods whose transit is prohibited by the State concerned shall not be arranged to pass through that State.

(2) Amount limit

By air, the declared value of each batch of cargo shall not exceed US $100,000 or its currency equivalent, if it exceeds this limit, it must be approved by the relevant airline or the competent authority of the Civil Aviation Administration before the implementation of the origin station; Due to climate, temperature, height, transportation time and other reasons, fresh goods will deteriorate, so only in the normal transportation of non-perishable fresh perishable goods can be transported, and must be predetermined tonnage. The word "PERISHABLE" is distinctive on the outer packing, waybill, and related documents. Some fresh and perishable goods need to be protected by dry ice, the packaging must be intact, and the dry ice cannot leak out. The net weight of the dry ice inside shall be indicated on the outer package of the goods.

(3) Wet goods

Wet goods refer to fresh and perishable goods with moisture or water, including frozen goods, wet flowers, vegetables, soft fruits and other goods that can seep water or return moisture. Wet goods must be packed against leaks.

(4) Baggage transported as cargo

Luggage transported as cargo is limited to the passenger's own clothing and travel-related items. Luggage must be locked and can be received if the passenger requests a key, but it should be placed in a sealed envelope and taken to the destination along with the waybill which must state the passenger ticket number and the itinerary, flight number and date of the passenger ticket. In the "ENDORSEMENT" column of the ticket, the words "UBAG", the waybill number, the number of pieces and the weight should be indicated.

(5) Dangerous goods

The transport of dangerous goods must be handled in accordance with the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization on the transport of dangerous goods, and must contact the airline concerned, and the agent must not take the initiative. At the same time, it must also be noted that some goods do not belong to dangerous goods from the name, but in fact contain dangerous substances, such as compressed gas or oxygen in the respirator, is dangerous goods.

(6) Diplomatic pouch

A diplomatic pouch is a pouch of official documents transported as goods between the diplomatic service of a country and its representative offices abroad. Diplomatic bags should be sealed in good condition, and the packing and weight should be checked. If the packing and seal are not good, refuse to transport, diplomatic bags should arrive at the destination on time. In addition to the diplomatic pouch, there are diplomatic goods, which should also be shipped out as soon as possible.

3. According to the weight of goods

Airport air cargo - Weight cargo: The weight of the cargo is calculated by gross weight, the unit of measurement is kg, and the last number of weights less than 1 kg is rounded. The minimum freight for each air waybill is 30 RMB, and the valuables are calculated according to the actual gross weight, the unit of calculation is 0.1 kg.
