On the day of loading
- Vehicles arrive at the factory at the specified time and are waiting for loading
- On-site colleagues contact the warehouse for loading and standardize the loading process.
- After loading is completed and the seal is applied, the car sets off.
Vehicle in transit
- Feedback on in-transit updates twice a day (9:00 a.m., 17:00 p.m.)
On the day of customs declaration
- Card printing to enter Pingxiang Comprehensive Bonded Area
- Waiting for customs clearance
- Release>Go to the bridge>Exit card 1>Enter Vietnam
- Liangshan procedures
- Liangshan cargo yard wall cabinet
- The vehicle leaves the goods yard and heads to the Vietnam factory
Unloading day
- Understand the arrival time of the vehicle at the factory in advance and determine the unloading warehouse
- Arrange unloading
- Sign to confirm completion of unloading
